Onasire provides web development, automation-assisted engineering, and related consultancy services. The specific scope, timeline, and deliverables for any project are agreed separately with each client before work begins, typically during a strategy call.

We build every site with conversion and performance in mind, and we're direct about our process on this site. However, we do not guarantee specific business outcomes (such as a particular conversion rate, traffic volume, or revenue figure), since these depend on factors outside our control, including your market, offer, and ongoing marketing effort.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, ownership of the final delivered website and its custom code transfers to the client upon full payment. Onasire retains the right to showcase completed work in its own portfolio, unless a client requests confidentiality in writing.

Payment terms (deposit, milestones, final payment) are agreed on a per-project basis before work begins. Late payment may result in a pause of ongoing work until resolved.

This site and delivered projects may rely on third-party services (such as Cal.com for scheduling, or hosting providers). Onasire is not responsible for outages or changes made by those third parties.

To the extent permitted by Singapore law, Onasire's liability for any claim arising from services provided is limited to the amount paid for the specific project in question.

Either party may terminate an ongoing project engagement with written notice, subject to payment for work already completed.

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.
